By default, when using O365 Outlook on the web, the day view of the calendar splits all of your calendars into multiple columns. Merge Outlook Calendar changes this behavior and combines all the calendars into a single view. This allows users to have a more consolidated and cohesive view of their schedule.

Although the extension sets the merged view as the default, users still have the option to toggle between the split and merge views using the split/merge toggle located in the upper right corner.
